The Lazzara Seafit regional support center is located on the St. Augustine Marine Center property, and its management team consists of Mike and Gretchen Hansen. Lazzara owners will find in them a familiar face (Mike) and a very familiar voice (Gretchen).

Mike has been “hands on” customer service manager for the entire Lazzara fleet operation for the last eleven years, is well known by most veteran Lazzara owners and crews, and is deeply experienced in all aspects of service to the fleet.

Gretchen as service coordinator for all fleet service out of the Tampa factory base for the last eleven years has been the familiar and comforting first contact “voice on the other end of the phone” who has put the wheels in motion to organize efficient and timely service to ensure that “help is on the way” and that there is follow through completion. As the management team for the Seafit Center in St. Augustine, they bring with them years of marine experience prior to their time at Lazzara yachts.

Lazzara owners and crews can look forward to the same level of comforting and competent service that they have enjoyed in the past when they visit the St. Augustine Seafit center. The Lazzara Seafit regional support center at St. Augustine Marine is conveniently located up the tidal San Sebastaian River at 404 South Riberia Street. Cruising yachts need only divert a short distance upstream from the Atlantic Intracoastal Waterway (at ICW marker #779) accessible from sea via the all weather deepwater St. Augustine inlet. The St. Augustine area is also readily accessible by commercial and private aircraft with scheduled flights in and out of its full service airport. Interstate 95 and U.S. highway 1 provide easy access by automobile.

St. Augustine has long been a well kept secret by cruising yachtsmen due to its quaint historic charm as America’s oldest city, its many local services and amenities, and the pleasant fact that while “on the way” north and south to world class cruising grounds; yachtsmen and crews do not have to compete with the crowds found in Ft.
